When your leads get contacted (quiet hours)
- Calls and texts go out only between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. in the lead's own local time, and not before noon on Sundays — never outside that window, even if a cadence step comes due overnight (it waits). The one exception: a lead who just submitted a form or asked us to call may get a prompt call-back right then, since they just invited it.
- A lead who texts STOP is never contacted again, on any channel, by any client — instantly and permanently. START re-opens contact only if they send it themselves.
Booking rules
- Your setter offers only real openings from your calendar settings — your hours, your slot length, your minimum notice, your booking horizon.
- Two leads can never be booked into the same slot (bookings are serialized — a race resolves to exactly one winner).
- Every booked lead gets a manage link to reschedule or cancel themselves; changes update your calendar and the reminder cadence automatically.
What the AI will say
- It opens every recorded call by saying the call is recorded — on every call, every branch, deterministically.
- It works from your approved facts only — the service claims, prices, and coverage you set at onboarding. If it doesn't know, it says a human will follow up; it never invents an answer.
- On price questions beyond your approved price line, it uses your exact punt line and books the appointment where a human quotes.
What the AI will never do
- Never quotes figures, discounts, or guarantees you haven't approved.
- Never contacts a lead on the do-not-contact list, a lead who said STOP, or anyone outside quiet hours.
- Never keeps pushing after a firm no — it exits politely and marks the outcome honestly.
- Never goes live on your real leads until your script passes our QC gate — a second AI grades every call, and a human approves every change to what your setter says.
Your data
- Your contacts, appointments, and history are yours — export them any time from your portal; portability is contractual, not a favor.
